Uptime - the ultimate service contract
Simply put, Uptime is like a continual monthly WOF or health check for all your machines to keep them running good as new – and sometimes even better!
We provide you with comprehensive regular inspections on your fleet on a contract basis, and carry out maintenance accordingly. All machines covered are then guaranteed for 4 weeks after inspection - or we’ll fix it free of charge.
By carrying out ongoing pre-emptive maintenance in this way, we can highlight any potential problems before they occur, increase your uptime (thus the name) and most importantly save you thousands of dollars in the process. Uptime contracts also include the following great benefits:
• 10% discount on spare parts fitted by our technicians
• 7-year linear warranties on major assemblies
• Component lifetime guarantees
• Great discounts on consumables
• One simple monthly bill
• Comprehensive reporting on fleet condition
• After-hour callouts are billed the same as normal business day callouts

JumpZones
If you’re outside the Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch regions, it’s not a problem. We’ve established JumpZones in a wide variety of locations around the country that we visit on a fixed, regular cycle.
Simply book your machine inspections during our visit window in your area, and our travel charge just a one hour callout – so you’ll receive the same great service and maintenance from us as you would if you were just down the road!
All Uptime benefits apply during these windows. Current JumpZone locations include: Gisborne, Napier/Hastings, New Plymouth, Eltham, Palmerston North, Nelson, Blenheim and Dunedin.

Uptime Lite
Don’t want to commit to an ongoing contract? No problem. Uptime Lite enables you to experience some of the benefits of Uptime without signing up for a prolonged period.
As with our Uptime offering, we’ll come and do a periodic inspection, then give you a comprehensive checklist of how your machine is running. We’ll then either fix it there and then if possible, or get back to you with a quote for the remedial work.
Accept the quote we will come back - with no extra onsite charge or travel costs - to carry out the work. And again, your machine is fully guaranteed not to break down for the next 4 weeks, Plus you’ll receive 5% discount on any parts we install.
Cost per machine is just $125 + GST.
